Representatives of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan and QazTrade JSC took part in the meeting of the OECD Joint Working Group on Trade and Environment.

Also discussed were WTO initiatives in the field of trade and the environment, export restrictions, as well as other issues related to trade and the environment.

In particular, Kazakhstan proposed to the OECD to develop separate recommendations and provide special conditions for developing countries and countries with transit economies to improve the efficiency of participation in the process of transition to a circular economy.
