On the first day of the Kazakhstan National stand of the 29th International Exhibition of Food, Beverages and Raw Materials for their production "PRODEXPO-2022", domestic companies signed contracts for $ 15 million.
A major contract of the first day of the exhibition was an agreement on the supply of Kazakhstani ice cream to the Russian Federation by the company "Shin-Line".
Shin-Line LLP is the largest producer of ice cream in Kazakhstan and throughout Central Asia. The company was the first to start exporting Kazakhstani ice cream to foreign markets. Currently, the company is also engaged in the production of frozen semi-finished products and instant noodles (the products are also export-oriented).
The second contract was an agreement on the supply of oil and fat products by the company "Butter-Del" LLP: mayonnaise, butter, etc. Popular brands of butter of this company are "Cow", "Peasant" and "Petropavlovsk" oils. The product is made from natural, protein-rich cow's milk obtained in the North Kazakhstan region according to GOST standard. The company's product line also includes sauces, vegetable oils, margarine, tomato paste, as well as an assortment for industrial processing and HoReCa.
In total, 43 Kazakhstani companies are represented at the exhibition, 20 of them are represented at the National Stand.
The increase in the volume of Kazakh products on the Russian market is facilitated by a large joint work on the promotion of our goods by the Trade Representative Office of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation and the support operator QazTrade. This year, Russia has been selected as one of the areas of promotion within the framework of the QazTrade "Export Acceleration" program.
"The trade mission, as part of the promotion of domestic goods to the Russian market, organizes meetings of our business with Russian retail chains, distributors, and also conducts monthly webinars for Kazakhstani producers on working conditions with networks, legal registration, packaging, conditions, delivery dates and other "technical details" of working in the Russian market," said Nurlan Borambayev, the Trade Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation. He also said that in order to expand the geography of Kazakhstan's exports to Russian regions, the Trade Mission annually conducts business missions of buyers of Russian networks in various regions of Kazakhstan.
The participation of companies in the exhibition is provided within the framework of service support for exporters by a single operator of state support for exports - JSC "QazTrade".
For the first time in the history of Prodexpo, Kazakhstan became a partner country of the exhibition.
