Maximum prices for chicken meat, vegetables and sunflower oil have been introduced in Kostanay region

A number of measures have been taken in Kostanay region to stabilize food prices.
So, the region has introduced marginal prices.

On December 31, 2021, the maximum permissible retail prices for chicken meat (femur and tibia, with the pulp adjacent to it) were approved in the amount of 890 tenge/kg (Resolution No. 617 of December 31, 2021), which are valid until February 19, 2022.
On January 13, 2022, with a validity period until February 28, the maximum permissible retail prices for potatoes – 140 tenge/ kg, carrots – 148 tenge/kg, onions – 86 tenge/kg, cabbage – 104 tenge/kg, sugar – 289 tenge/kg, sunflower oil – 767 tenge/liter were approved (Resolution No. 12 of 13.01.2022).
