Yerlan Battakov appointed First Vice Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Yerlan Battakov was born on October 9, 1969 in Karaganda. Graduated from Karaganda Polytechnic Institute and RMPIK of the State Statistics Committee and the Ministry of Labor of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He started his career in 1992 as a research intern at the Department of Technology of Building Materials and Products of the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute.
1995-1996 - Chief Specialist, Deputy General Director for Investments of IPF "Alatau Invest".
1996 - Specialist, Head of the Professional Activity Licensing Department at the Securities Market Regulation Department of the National Securities Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1996-2007 - Chief Specialist, Head of Department, Head of Department, Financial Director of JSC "Food Contract Corporation".
2007-2012 - Head of the Financial and Analytical Sector of the Department of Planning and Financing of Budget Programs, Head of the Department of Planning and Financing of Budget Programs of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
