Kazakhstan and Russia signed an agreement on the creation of the Kazakh-Russian market of foodstuffs

A cooperation agreement was signed in Ufa between Stroy-Invest LLC (Republic of Bashkortostan), the National Association of Wholesale Distribution Centers (Moscow), National Trade and Distribution Network LLP (Republic of Kazakhstan) and Rostelecom PJSC.

The agreement is aimed at creating a Kazakh-Russian international market for food products and will contribute to the formation of the Eurasian commodity Distribution system. The document provides for the stimulation of interstate commercial interaction of trade and distribution networks of the two countries, as well as support for the construction of ORC networks based on the unification of digital, design, construction, logistics and technological solutions, as well as procedures for their creation and operation.

Partnership relations between the parties to the agreement were initiated, among other things, in order to create integrated digital programs and services in the field of data collection, control, analysis and management of the processes of formation and movement of commodity flows in the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation from production, storage, distribution to delivery to the final consumer. As well as the creation of a digital unified system of interaction between Kazakh and Russian subjects of commodity distribution networks.

The main objectives of cooperation are to establish long-term ties on the following issues:

- exchange of information about ongoing projects;

- exchange of information on conducted market research, mechanisms of state support for projects;

- joint work on the development of interstate standards for the unification of design, construction, logistics and technological solutions and procedures for the creation and operation of wholesale distribution centers of the ORC, providing uniform requirements, which will simplify the processes of purchase, delivery, payment of export-import goods,

- creation of a comprehensive innovative digital product linking agrotechnical, production, logistics, management, financial processes of product movement in commodity distribution networks.

 

The agreement was signed online:

- in Ufa, Director of LLC Stroy-Invest Kharitonov A.V.;

- in Ufa, Sergey Nishcheev, CEO of Rostelecom PJSC,

- in Moscow, the president of the NAORC Lisovsky S.F.;

- in Ufa from the Republic of Kazakhstan, Mikhail Filippov, a member of the Board of Directors of NTRS LLP.
