Chairman of the Technical Regulation and Metrology Committee met with members of the Public Council

Today, on November 12, 2021, a meeting of the Chairman of the Committee of Technical Regulation and Metrology of the MIT RK Arman Abenov with members of the Public Council of the MIT RK (Council) was held in a hybrid format.

In an informal format, the chairman spoke about the importance of technical regulation to ensure the safety of citizens using various goods and services.

Special attention was paid to the issues of state control.

Further, within the framework of the meeting, Arman Abenov conducted a tour of the laboratories where the state standards of units of quantities, such as mass, pressure, length and voltage, are located.

Following the results of this meeting, an open dialogue and a productive exchange of views took place, the members of the Council had the opportunity to ask questions and received the necessary recommendations regarding the state control of products, metrology and conformity assessment.
