Nur-Sultan, October 27, 2021. At the Digital Bridge International Technology Forum, Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakhyt Sultanov spoke about the e-tutynushy consumer protection platform.
So, on the e-tutynushy platform, a consumer can leave a complaint, for example, about a product of inadequate quality. And send this complaint directly to the business that sold him this product, or to the relevant state authorities.
In addition, the consumer can track the progress of solving the problem and communicate with the business inside the platform. In parallel, the platform will notify the consumer of any changes to this request in the form of SMS.
"The need to create a unified information system for consumer protection is due to its social role, since the concentration of all consumer protection measures in one place will ensure quick and unhindered consumer access to any information related to its effective protection," Bakhyt Sultanov said.
