On November 11, public hearings will be held on the concept of the draft law "On Conformity Assessment"
On November 11 this year there will be public hearings of advisory regulatory policy documents of draft laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Conformity Assessment" and "On Introduction of amendments and additions to some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Conformity Assessment".

November 11, 2021 at 4:00 pm, Nur-Sultan time, via the ZOOM platform.
The link will be sent additionally to the participants who submitted an application in accordance with paragraph 21 of the Rules for the legislative work of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2016 No. 907.
The advisory documents are developed within the framework of solving the problems of the sphere of conformity assessment, in particular:
- development of voluntary conformity assessment;
- delineation of responsibilities of conformity assessment participants;
- harmonization of legislation with international requirements.
