The Ministry of Trade and Integration announces a public debate

The Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan invites those interested to a public discussion of the "debate", which is scheduled to be held on October 8, 2021 at 16: 00 through a Zoom conference, a link to which will be sent to participants who have submitted an application in accordance with paragraph 22 of the Rules of Legislative Work of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 907 dated December 29, 2016.

The advisory documents provide for ways to solve such problems as the lack of an influential and consolidated public association of consumers in the field of their protection, the efficiency of resolving consumer disputes, the need to review the system and mechanism for protecting the rights and legitimate interests of consumers, the institution for charging public associations of consumers with remuneration from the amount reimbursed to the consumer, direct legal regulation of the sale of goods remotely (on electronic trading platforms), incentives for business entities to register in the Unified Information System for Consumer Protection, etc.
