MTI is working on creating a "single digital window" for exporters

The project of a" single digital window " for exporters is planned to be created on the basis of the platform export.gov.kz.

The objectives of the project are to provide digital access to all services throughout the life cycle of the exporter, eliminating all barriers, as well as making export processes transparent.

As a result, it is expected to provide more effective state support measures by simplifying and speeding up the processing of export procedures, operational interaction between the exporter and the state, as well as collecting digital data on Kazakhstani exporters.

To date, the concept of the Digital Export platform has already been developed, based on feedback from exporters, a draft technical specification for the maintenance and modification of the Export Portal has been agreed, a service for reimbursing part of the costs to exporters through the Sberbank Business platform has been launched, a draft integration plan has been formed.

Also, the process of integration with external databases is being analyzed and coordinated with the responsible departments.
