The development of the National Product Catalog project is carried out jointly with Kazakhtelecom JSC.
The purpose of the project is to provide a digital product passport for market participants.

As Asel Zhanasova noted at a meeting of the MIT board, " Today, methodological recommendations for conducting a pilot project on coding NWPT from October 1, 2021 have been approved, and an interface layout has also been developed."

Also in her report, the vice minister said that the catalog will contain digital copies of goods with the content of media content, weight-dimensional and other consumer characteristics, and by the end of 2021, 30,000 types of goods will be available in the catalog.
