The Ministry of Trade is preparing to launch the AСTSIS platform

The Automated Cross-border Trade and Settlement Integrated System – AСTSIS ) is a platform that will allow all participants of foreign economic activity to receive a full range of information services within the framework of the "One Belt, One Road"initiative.

The system will be presented in the form of a "Single window", which will help foreign trade participants to go through all the stages of a foreign economic operation - from the conclusion of a foreign economic contract to making payments for goods delivered and services rendered.

The essence of the approach of the ATTIS system is the creation of a single information platform, which will be based on integration with the systems of state bodies (IP "ASTANA-1","eFreight", IP of JSC "NK KTZ-Cargo Transportation", IP of the International Union of Road Transport IRU). As a result, this will reduce the search for relevant counterparties and the subsequent conclusion of transactions in a single information system, as well as reduce the time and resource costs of foreign trade participants when providing information to state bodies.

AСTSIS  Group carried out the main activities for technical interaction with information systems for railway transportation of JSC "NK KTZ" and air transportation "eFreight".

According to the Ministry of Trade, Atameken participants will also have access to the AСTSIS platform, as an agreement on information interaction with Atameken NPP was concluded.

Today, the AСTSIS platform has 19 registered users.
Within the framework of the platform, it is planned to implement transactions between Kazakhstan and the People's Republic of China this year.

The full launch of the AСTSIS system is planned before the end of 2021.
