)Negotiations in Dushanbe (continued 2)

As I have already told you, since yesterday, experts united in a special working group have been working out practical measures to increase our trade turnover.

The lists of products that both sides are interested in supplying have been docked. Now we are analyzing all the volumes of the gross harvest of the goods we need (onions, fruits, melons, grapes, etc.) Tajikistan can annually supply about 760 thousand tons of melons per year, up to 460 thousand tons of grapes, apricots, plums and other stone fruits to the Republic of Kazakhstan. We work out the logistics so that all the goods go to us directly from the manufacturers. And, among other things, a" green corridor " to the food industry across the border – this will speed up delivery from the Tajik field to the Kazakh counter. In the future, it is assumed that the goods will move non-stop from the ORC to the ORC in different countries: all the procedures for inspections, certification and customs clearance will be carried out directly on the territory of wholesale distribution centers. By the way, we consider these routes not only for the exchange of goods, but also as another transport corridor for our exports further to Pakistan and India.

The whole team continues to work. Everyone is aiming to return to Kazakhstan with a clear understanding: from where (from which regions and districts) products will come to our market, from which farmers what will come and in what volumes, in what time frame. Now representatives of retail chains, our Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Industry, and the Food Corporation are engaged in detailing. At the same time, we are working on ways and volumes of deliveries of our products, in which Tajikistan is interested: petrochemicals, fuel and lubricants, mechanical engineering products.

Speaking of the latter.

Today I held talks with the Minister of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan and the management of Uzbekistan Temir Yullari JSC (an analogue of our KTZ). We discussed the possibility of supplying asynchronous 4-axle shunting locomotives TEM11A, which are manufactured at the LKZ plant in Nur-Sultan. The Minister also talked about Kazakhstan's investments in the energy sector of Tajikistan: our holding company "Alageum Electric" can take part in the renewal of the neighbors ' electrical park. In addition, if we are currently supplying transformers to the Republic of Tajikistan, we are already talking about the construction of a plant for the production of electrical equipment on the territory of Tajikistan.

Another technology that our colleagues are interested in is Sergek. The special services of Tajikistan are interested in the system's ability to work in automatic mode, track and record traffic regulations and assist in solving crimes.

I will hold talks with the khokims of several regions in the next couple of days. We will discuss the practical nuances of cooperation.
