Information about the use of the "Reverse scheme" in Kostanay region

One of the most effective tools to curb the growth of prices for socially important food products is the "revolving scheme" of financing producers and retail chains by local executive bodies.

By receiving preferential loans, retail chains assume counter-obligations to curb prices for certain volumes of certain types of products. As a result, these products are sold at prices below market prices by an average of 15-20%. The situation is similar with manufacturers who, in exchange for a soft, easy loan, undertake to supply a certain volume of products at a reduced fixed cost.

The "revolving scheme" provides working capital for producers and for networks, and allows them to build medium-and long-term price balancing programs.

In Kostanay region, 790,000,000 tenge was allocated for the "revolving scheme" in 2021.

These funds were issued in the form of concessional loans to the following retail facilities: RAUZET Sauda LLP, Stroy-City Sole proprietor, Sever Bird JSC, Prombaza 7 LLP.

With the allocated money, each of the retail facilities has committed to sell a certain number of individual types of NWT at a fixed price.

Within the framework of counter-obligations:
