Acting Chairman of the Board of ICBC "Khorgos" elected Erlan Zhailaubay

By the Protocol decision of the Board of Directors of JSC "Management Company of the Special Economic Zone" International Center for Cross-Border Cooperation " Khorgos "(ICBC " Khorgos») Zhailaubay Erlan Duysenbekuly was elected Acting Chairman of the Management Board.
