In the near future, citizens of Kazakhstan will be able to carry out business and personal trips to the EAEU countries using the mobile application «Traveling without COVID-19».

The coronavirus pandemic has forced most countries of the world, including the EАEU countries, to restrict all types of movement of citizens. The restrictions have had a negative impact not only on the opportunities of citizens conducting business and personal visits, but also on the economic development of the states as a whole.

To ensure the convenience of citizens who want to travel from one country to another, while complying with the sanitary requirements of both countries, the Eurasian Development Bank has developed a platform «Traveling without COVID-19» in the EAEU. This platform allows the user to quickly find a list of verified laboratories, pass the necessary tests and get test results that will be displayed in the integrated information system.

I.e., the citizens planning to travel to countries of the EAEU (today in Armenia, Belarus and Russia), you need to install a mobile application developed in the framework of the project, which allows you to choose the mode of transport and the country where you plan to arrive. After registering in the app, the user is sent information about the current restrictions and rules in the country of arrival / departure on the date of the planned trip, is provided with a list of verified laboratories and the opportunity to make an appointment at the laboratory for testing. Note that the results of PCR tests should not be more than 3 days old.

Currently, the authorized bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan are working on the legal and technical issues of Kazakhstan's accession to this project.
