QazTrade to support exports to Eastern Europe
On February 26th, 2021, a joint online meeting was held by the General Director of Qaztrade A. Askaruly, together with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Slovak Republic, Roman Vasilenko, and Chairman of the Council of Slovak Exporters, Parizek Lukas.
During the meeting, the sides discussed issues of bilateral trade and economic cooperation, as well as joint interaction in the development and promotion of goods of the two countries.
Kazakhstan is ready to export food, chemical and engineering products to Slovakia. QazTrade will assist Kazakhstan companies in marketing their products to the Eastern European market through refunding tools, trade missions and marketing campaigns.
To sum up meeting, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Council of Slovak Exporters and QazTrade.
Furthermore, the Council of Slovak Exporters, together with QazTrade, plan to organize a number of training seminars and B2B meetings.
