Azamat Askarlyly has been appointed General Director of JSC "center for development of trade policy "QazTrade"

By order of the Minister of Trade and Integration Azamat Askaryly was appointed General Director of JSC "Center for Development of Trade Policy "QazTrade".

Previously, by the decree of the government of Kazakhstan A.Askaruly was dismissed from the post of Vice-Minister of Trade and Integration.

 

Azamat Asali - a native of the city of Taldykorgan, was born in 1984.

 

He started his career in 2009 in “Samuryk-Kazyna-Invest” LLP and held the following positions:

- chief Manager of the Finance Department (2009-2010);

- director of the Department of international relations and work with government agencies and financial institutions (2010-2012);

- director Of the Department of international relations (2012-2014).

 

He also worked in JSC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy Express" as the chief Manager of the air transportation Department.

 

He was an counselor of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2016-2019).

 

Moreover, the work biography includes work abroad. During 2014-2016, he headed KTZ Express Hong Kong LLC (Hong Kong, China).

 

He graduated:

- Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with the qualification "international relations", 2006;

- Harvard University (Kennedy school) with the qualification "public policy", 2009;

- Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a master of business administration qualification, 2016.

 

Until now, starting from July 9, 2019, Azamat Askaryly served as Vice Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
