Social workers and stores will unite on a special service

Nur-Sultan has launched the e-tutynushy service to improve the consumer experience of citizens. the pilot version is hosted on the e-tutynushy domain.kz and already collects requests on the quality of goods and services in various trade and service companies. The service monitors the activities of large companies such as Magnum, Alser, Lamoda and Anwar, and this list will expand. Taking into account user feedback, the process of continuous improvement of the customer experience is underway.

Usually, when a low-quality product or price discrepancy is detected, consumers contact the seller and the administration of the outlet. In rare, more complex cases, citizens decide to resort to the help of other authorities. At the same time, there is often no control over the consideration of requests. The e-tutynushy platform eliminated this barrier. The service accepts requests and allows you to control the solution of issues online. The service also contains a list of organizations for submitting complaints offline, in compliance with all official terms and conditions.

“The main task of e-tutynushy is to improve the quality of life of citizens and representatives of business, public associations and the state. The platform serves as a link between all these groups in order to quickly resolve issues that arise. Over the past ten months, the Committee for consumer protection received about 18 thousand requests. Our service will allow each of them to get feedback as soon as possible”, — said the acting Chairman of the Committee on consumer protection Assel Abubakirova.

The main conditions for submitting requests are the availability of documents confirming the purchase of a product or service. This proof can be a fiscal receipt, contract or invoice, as well as any other document confirming the purchase from legal entities.

The service operates in Nur-Sultan, and plans for the next year are to expand the geography and make it available to residents of other regions of Kazakhstan.

According to the MIT public relations Department, recently at an industry meeting with non-governmental organizations at the Civil forum, Minister Bakhyt Sultanov called on public associations in the field of consumer protection to connect to the platform:
- I would like to note that the new culture of consumers and their interaction with public associations is the most important issue in the development of domestic trade and exports, – the Minister said at the time.
