The issues of promotion of exports

 

- consider creating a raw material supply Center under the Ministry of trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan or on the basis of existing institutions in order to regulate issues related to the prohibition/authorization of exports (for example, Bellesbumprom)

 

Introduction of product labeling and traceability

 

- The Ministry of trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan should take into account the recommendations of the National Association of consumers of Kazakhstan on the list of products subject to labeling

 

Consumer protection

 

- The Ministry of trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan to conclude a Memorandum with the joint organization for the RFP;

- The Ministry of trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the Ministry of foreign AFFAIRS, should work out the issue of direct financing of NGOs for consumer protection by reviewing the mechanisms for allocating grants and state social orders;

 - The Ministry of trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with interested state bodies, should consider the possibility of granting the National Association of consumers of Kazakhstan the right to conduct an expert examination of the quality and safety of goods (works, services) with the involvement of specialists from various industries;

- The Ministry of trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with public associations of consumers, will organize online seminars to explain the provisions Of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on consumer protection" for consumers and business entities living in rural areas.
