A key driver of economic growth is the development of technological innovations and the transition to a digital economy, which also "pulls" the transformation of the labor market within the EAEU.
In order to develop the common labor market and prompt employment of workers in the EAEU States, a digital model of the Eurasian electronic labor exchange ecosystem is being formed to ensure employment and employment of citizens of the EAEU member States.
So, one of the 10 services of this target model initiated by the Kazakh side is the search system "Work without borders".
The development of the project "Work without borders" was launched on September 9, 2019. As a result, a search engine will be created that will allow citizens and employers to access information about available jobs and job seekers throughout the EAEU.
The project involves the national systems of all EAEU member States. The project coordinator from the Republic of Kazakhstan is the Ministry of labor and social protection of the population, the national operator is JSC "Center for development of labor resources".
To date, standard software has been created for the implementation of this project, and integration work has been carried out in the EAEU countries.
The right to use the standard software of the Unified search system "Work without borders" was transferred to the EAEU countries free of charge. The launch of the project "Work without borders" is planned in January 2021.
In General, the implementation of this project will have a positive impact on the solution of employment issues for citizens of the EAEU.
