The draft has been developed for the purpose of implementing the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 19, 2026 "On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Civil Service Issues" and in execution of paragraph 77 of the Order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. D-1455//97-r dated June 22, 2026.
