Ministry of Trade started the questionnaire for the SMEs in electronic commerce
The survey aims to identify the areas of support for businesses in the field of e-commerce, update information on entities in the field and determine efficient ways to facilitate the exchange of information between business and the government.
The results obtained:
- will allow identifying the main areas of support for businesses in e-commerce
- will provide insights in how to increase the level of digital literacy of e-commerce participants
- will help to update the e-commerce participants’ database
- will allow gathering the participants on a uniform platform for cooperation and development of
e-commerce - will help to develop the necessary and efficient mechanisms for interaction between business and the public sector
