Kazakhstani dairy producers are increasing their competencies to successfully enter the Chinese market!

On October 30, 2020, as part of the QazTrade export acceleration, another online group coaching session for dairy producers was held.

The session was moderated by a dairy industry expert from China, Mr. Toby Lin, a senior manager of PwC (Food Supply team) in Beijing, specializing in dairy products. Mr. Toby Lin has over 15 years of experience providing advisory services to dairy companies, including two of the leading industry giants, as well as numerous state and public companies in China's dairy sector.

During the coaching session, Mr. Lin shared his experience in strategic management, organizational transformations, consumer and channel research in the dairy industry, and also answered questions of interest from Kazakhstani exporters on the analysis of the Chinese dairy market, the specifics of the camel milk market in China, the advantages of domestic exporters and much more.
