О размещении проекта внесения изменений в совместный приказ по предоставлению цифровых продовольственных ваучеров получателям государственной адресной социальной помощи

The Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs about the placement of the project "On Amendments to the Joint Order of the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 24, 2025 No. 202-НҚ, the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 1, 2025 No. 203, Acting Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 2, 2025 No. 213 and the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 25, 2025 No. 320/НҚ "On the implementation of a pilot project for the provision of the service "Provision of digital food vouchers to recipients of state targeted social assistance" (hereinafter referred to as the Pilot Project) on the Internet portal "Open NPA".

The changes provide for the expansion of the geography of the pilot project: the cities of Kokshetau and Pavlodar will be added to the city of Akkol in the Akmola region, and the timing of its implementation will be clarified. The pilot project will be implemented from September 29 to December 29, 2025.

The implementation of the project will ensure wider coverage of recipients of state targeted social assistance, improve the targeting and effectiveness of the support provided, work out the mechanisms for interaction between government agencies and retail facilities, and prepare the basis for scaling digital food vouchers to other regions of the country.

The discussion of the project will continue until September 24 of this year on the Internet portal "Open NPA".
