On public discussion of the draft resolution of the MTI

 

The MTI of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with subparagraph 15-12) of Article 7 of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On regulation of trade activities" and in order to bring it into line with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 18, 2025 No. 215-VIII ZRK "On Amendments and Supplements to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Taxation Issues" (hereinafter referred to as the Law), has developed a draft order "On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic dated July 31, 2025 No. 232-НК "On Approval of the Rules for Maintaining the National Catalog of Goods, as well as Registering Goods in It" (hereinafter referred to as the Order).

Main objective: The adoption of the Order will determine the procedure for the formation and operation of the National Catalog of Goods, as well as the registration of goods in it, taking into account the Law.

The Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan has published a draft Order “On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 31, 2025 No. 232-НК “On Approval of the Rules for Maintaining the National Catalog of Goods, as well as Registering Goods in It”; from August 7, 2025 to August 22, 2025, a public discussion of this draft will be held on the portal of open regulatory legal acts: https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=15571071
