I. MEETING WITH THE POPULATION AND BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ALMATY REGION.

Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan S.M. Zhumangarin informed the participants about the measures taken by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to stabilize prices for socially important food products, prevent shortages and fix the price of sugar no higher than the selling price of 460 tenge per kg during the year. He informed about the preparation of the draft Concept of Trade Policy and called on the entire business community to participate in its writing. He spoke about the possibilities of obtaining financial support through the Business Roadmap, the development of format A markets.

1. I.I.Popylovsky, SEC "Azat", Rakhatsky s/o: complaint against the Kazakh Research Institute of Potato and Vegetable Growing that the institute does not share the results of research on obtaining new varieties of potato seeds, there is no feedback between farmers and the institute. Representatives of the research institute who attended the meeting promised to provide the farmer with new varieties of potato seeds.
Entrusted to: the head of the agricultural administration of the Akimat of Almaty region.
2. Nesipbay Erbol Nesipbayuly, foreman of SSA Fruits LLP: on the appropriateness of electronic scales on the Almaty-Kokpek-Koktal highway.
Entrusted to: Akimat of Almaty region for discussion with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and JSC "Kazavtozhol".
3. Representative of A-Class Medical company: carries out repairs of district hospitals within the framework of PPP. Requests to improve the district infrastructure (roads, electricity, gas) for these hospitals.
It was entrusted to: Akimat of Almaty region to work out according to the general plan of development of the region.
4. Akbergen Kiyas Zhaparbekovich, k/ x "Kiikbai" - a question on the market of agricultural products, high prices between the cost of wholesale purchase and sale in stores.
Instructed: Akimat of Almaty region to study this issue
III. PERSONAL RECEPTION OF CITIZENS OF THE DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER - MINISTER OF TRADE AND INTEGRATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN S.M. ZHUMANGARIN

1) V.Volkov, head of the production cooperative "Turgen" of JSC "Gold Product". The wine producer asks for information on existing measures to support exporters from the state and assistance in promoting their products to the Russian Federation.
It was instructed: KazakhExport ESC JSC and QazTrade CRTP JSC, after receiving information about the project, to inform the company about existing support measures.
2) E.Musakulov, founder of FROSCO LLP: the issue of long-term connection of the supply gas pipeline to provide a plant for shock freezing of vegetables built by the enterprise to the gas distribution pipe of KazTransGas Aimak JSC.
It was entrusted to: the Department of Energy and Housing of the Almaty region, the Department of Entrepreneurship of industrial and Innovative Development of the Almaty region, the akim of the Enbekshikazakh district (Dosumbaev A.M.) to consider the possibility of connecting to gas.
3) I.Khurshudov, head of AgroBaltabai LLP: for 8 months he cannot get a loan through the Agrarian Credit Corporation for working capital and equipment in order to increase the breeding stock of livestock.
Proposed: Minister S.M. Zhumangarin suggested that the applicant transfer the materials to the Ministry of Agriculture.
Entrusted to: the Department of Agriculture of the Akimat of Almaty region.
4) Yu.Tshai, Caspian Group JSC – presentation of the urban development project "G4 City", conducted jointly with the Singapore company Surbana Jurong. The project represents the construction of an ecosystem for the reception and processing of agricultural products, based on the principle of working from one window. The project readiness is 90%. The market is China, CIS.
Instructed: The MIT Trade Committee to consider the expediency of the participation of representatives of the MIT Trade Committee in a meeting with Surbana Jurong
IV. VISIT TO ENTERPRISES OF ALMATY REGION

1) Visit to fruit storage and apple orchard of "Unifruit" LLP. A proposal was made to amend the rules of investment subsidization of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the possibility of subsidizing the project of shock freezing of vegetables, which is currently not included in the list of subsidized.
Proposed: to apply to the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for project financing through the Business Roadmap.
2) Visit to Issyk Fruit Cannery LLP with a capacity of 600 tons of tomatoes and up to 300 tons of other fruit and vegetable raw materials per day.
Information on the possibilities of increasing exports of products to the CIS countries was taken into account.
3) Visit to the factory of "Adal Day" LLP for the production of dairy products. Information about the possibilities of expanding production has been taken into account.
