I.INSPECTION OF THE SITUATION AT THE CHECKPOINT

Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan S. Zhumangarin, together with First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic A. Kasymaliev, got acquainted with the implementation of the Industrial Trade and Logistics Complex (hereinafter – ITLC) in the area of the Karasu and Ak-Tilek road checkpoints.
Following the visit, it was agreed that the Kazakh side would provide an official position on the relevance of the construction of wholesale distribution centers in the Kyrgyz Republic.
II. BRIEFING FOR MEDIA REPRESENTATIVES

During the presentation of the project, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Trade and Integration S. Zhumangarin held a briefing for representatives of regional mass media, where he answered all questions from journalists. III. VISIT TO PRODUCTION FACILITIES AND MEETING
WITH THE RESIDENTS OF THE REGION

1) Visit and familiarization with the activities of the SEC "Eco Chicken", a producer of chicken meat. The project of cooperation of poultry farms, the owners of which are 4 individual entrepreneurs, was presented. One poultry farm consists of 1,500 heads of broiler birds, which produce 3 tons of broiler, environmentally friendly meat in 1 cycle. In a year - 7-6 cycles, in total, each mini-poultry farm produces 20 tons of meat per year. Currently, 12 mini-poultry farms have already been built in Kordai district, additional land has been issued from the akimat and 40 more are being built. During the construction of 100 mini-poultry farms, 194 jobs will be created and the volume of meat produced will amount to 2.1 thousand tons per year. This volume will cover the demand of the Kordai district for poultry meat and close the import dependence on this product. Working capital is needed to scale this project.
Instructed: The Trade Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan to study the possibility of scaling this project across the country.
2) Visit to the farm "Samgau", the direction is crop production. Holding a meeting with residents of the region, farm workers. S.Zhumangarin at the meeting spoke about the new approaches that the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan is currently implementing to support agricultural producers. Within the framework of the available working capital, financing schemes for producers of the main socially significant food products — vegetables, dairy products, rice, flour, social bread, eggs, buckwheat, salt, beef, chicken meat, sunflower oil and sugar are being reviewed. The main problem of stabilizing prices for farm products is the lack of working capital.
It is proposed to consider the possibility of supplying products to the western region of Kazakhstan for storage in vegetable storages and marketing to markets.
It was entrusted to: The MIT Trade Committee to work out the issue of organizing the supply, storage and marketing of products of KH "Samgau" to the markets of the western regions of Kazakhstan
3) Visit the Greenwill greenhouse, specializing in growing greenery and breeding fish. The technology of South Korea allows you to grow an organic product, greens, for which fish waste is a fertilizer. The company is ready to increase the production of winter varieties of strawberries as one of the most popular goods in the markets of Kazakhstan. According to representatives of the greenhouse, they need 17 hectares of land to ensure the weight of Kazakhstan's needs for this berry in winter. We need support from the state.

4) Visit to the enterprise "Pervomaisky delicacies" LLP, engaged in the production and processing of meat products. The company is ready to export by-products to China, but there are difficulties in legislation.
