On some issues of
legal universal education for 2021
In order to implement paragraphs 3 and 8 of the Model Regulation on Legal Services of State Bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 9, 2006 No. 1072, I ORDER:
1. To approve the attached Plan for conducting legal universal education on
2021 in the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter-the Plan).
2. The Department of Legal Service of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan should ensure the organization of legal universal education according to the Plan.
3. Heads of structural divisions of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan should provide:
1) conducting legal general education in accordance with the Plan;
2) participation of employees in conducting legal general education.
4. I reserve control over the execution of this order.
5. This order comes into force from the date of signing and is subject to mailing.
