Requirements of The law" on ensuring the uniformity of measurements " in the pharmaceutical industry

Specialists of the Department of the Committee of technical regulation and Metrology for Almaty region held a working meeting with the staff of the Pharmaceutical plant "kelun - Kazpharm" LLP (Kelun – Kazpharm) in Karasay district of Almaty region.

The purpose of the working meeting is to inform the pharmaceutical industry enterprises of the region about the changes made in the regulatory documents in the field of technical regulation and ensuring the uniformity of measurements within the framework of national legislation and to consider problematic issues of their application.

On April 11, 2019, a new version of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on ensuring the uniformity of measurements. In accordance with the amendments, the scope of state metrological control is determined by the Lists of measurements related to state regulation, which are formed by branch state bodies within their competence.

At the meeting clarified the requirements of the Law RK "About ensuring unity of measurements" in the pharmaceutical activities and the formation of industry-specific Lists of dimensions.

The procedure for organizing and conducting unscheduled inspections and preventive control with a visit to the subject and the measures applied to the facts of detected violations are considered.

During the working meeting, the Department's specialists gave comprehensive answers to all the questions asked.
