THE MEETING OF VICE-MINISTER OF INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN A. RAU WITH THE PRESIDENT OF FRENCH COMPANY «VICAT GROUP» MR.GUY SIDOS WAS CONDUCTED

On September 22, 2015 was held a meeting of Vice-Minister of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.Rau with the President of French company «Vicat Group» Mr.Guy Sidos, as well as with honorable president of the Group – Mr. Jacques Merceron-Vicat.

 

 

Within the meeting was discussed the questions of current production realization – Mynaral cement plant in Zhambyl region and its widening – construction of cement terminal in Astana city in 2015-2016 years.

 

 

On the base of modern cement terminal is also planning to create an expert center containing laboratories of concrete quality analysis and packing plant. Project cost is around 10 mln.US dollars.

 

 

The company is one of the large cement, concrete and aggregate producers in the world which had 12 cement, 226 concrete plants, 70 careers all over the world.

 

 

From 2008 «Vicat Group» actively participated in the economic life of the Republic of Kazakhstan, investing more than 300 mln. dollars.

 

 

The plant built by modern technology took one of the leading places in local industry. Opening of this plant allowed creating new workplaces for 600 people, the main part of which composed the inhabitants of Zhambyl region.

 

 

Moreover, «Vicat Group» is a socially responsible investor in Kazakhstan Next to Cement plant was built inhabited enterprise campus «Samal» for 96 flats for temporary living of specialists with families where all favorable conditions for living and work are created.
