MID COMPARED THE HOURS WITH THE REGIONS ON MEDIUM TERM PLANS REALIZATION
Today a work group headed by the Minister for Investment and Development came to Almaty. The program of the visit of Asset Issekeshev – to visit a number of industrial enterprises of the city and Almaty region, to familiarize with a process of reconstruction of highways of national significance and the construction of the second phase of SEZ PIT. After visiting the sites of the city and the region, two separate meetings on implementation of medium-term measures will be held with akim of the city Bauyrzhan Baibek and akim of Almaty region Amandyk Batalov. As a result of meetings MID and akimates are intended to sign documents on joint actions.
According to Asset Issekeshev, the purpose of the visit is not only to inspect the projects construction and the government programs implementation, but also in charge of monitoring the state enterprises and the development of additional measures to support them.
Let us remind that at the beginning of the year operational plan was adopted to ensure the prevention of sudden stop of production and mass release of people. Basically, it was aimed at supporting enterprises (large, medium, small) at the expense of measures on development of Kazakh content; provision of downloads of domestic enterprises and other point support measures.
«Park of Innovative Technologies» SEZ.
Currently PIT SEZ became the core of Almaty innovation cluster - «Almaty TechGarden». For this reason autonomous cluster Fund (ACF) has been created. Starting next year, the ACF will attract high-tech start-ups (including - foreign) and create technology centers in conjunction with anchor transnational corporations. By the end of 2018 it is planned financing of 500 startups / innovative projects; creation of 50 Kazakhstani innovative start-ups with more than 50% of sales outside of the Republic of Kazakhstan; launch of 5 centers of technology development with participation of TNC for companies incubation; creation of more than 2,000 job places in the companies-participants of «PIT» SEZ.
Regional transport infrastructure development.
Within «Nurly Jol» state program the works on reconstruction of the road «Almaty - Ust-Kamenogorsk» of 235 km length is in progress. It includes:
- construction and installation work is carried out on «Almaty-Kapshagay» section of 94 km length within the project «Center-South»;
- on «Kapshagay-Taldykorgan» section of 141 km length.
There are 6 domestic contractors were attracted to the reconstruction of road; 1362 units of road-building equipment and about 3 thsd. people were mobilized for reconstruction projects.
In the current year it is planned to put into operation 94 km of roads, including 41 km in the cement concrete pavement and 53 km in asphalt surfaces, as well as the open traffic from Almaty to Taldykorgan.
Projects of Industrialization Map.
- Almaty city.
During 2010-2014 y.y. within the Industrialization Map 21 projects were implemented (created about 3 thousand. permanent job places). 19 projects of which are working according to plan; 1 project - working with low loading; 1 project - idling.
During 2010-2014 y.y. and 5 months of 2015 with implemented projects goods for over 39,2 bln. tenge were produced. During 5 months of 2015 goods for 5,7 bln. tenge were produced.
- Almaty region.
During 2010-2014 y.y. within the Industrialization Map was introduced 48 projects created about 6 thousand. permanent job places.
At present, 48 projects of implemented projects:
40 projects are working according to plan; 5 projects are working with low charge; 1 project, implemented in 2014, has not begun manufacturing; 2 of the project - not planned output due to the seasonal nature of production.
During 2010-2014 y.y. and 7 months in 2015 products for more than 104,7 bln. tenge were produced within implemented projects of the region.
During 7 months in 2015 goods were produced for 18,3 bln. tenge.
