According to the information received, a low-freezing glass-washing liquid of Russian production was sold in one of the major well-known retail facilities of the capital, indicating the temperature of the beginning of crystallization minus 25 ° C.
Tests in an accredited laboratory have shown that the temperature of the beginning of crystallization is actually minus 11 °C. Also, the name and location of the manufacturer and the organization accepting quality claims in Kazakhstan were not specified.

The identified inconsistencies are a violation of paragraph 1, paragraph 2, Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Technical Regulation", according to which manufacturers (performers), sellers of products are obliged to ensure that products comply with the requirements established by technical regulations.
In this connection, on February 2 of this year, a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up with the imposition of an administrative fine, reduced proceedings were applied in the case of an administrative offense with the payment of a fine in the amount of 300 MCI (50% of the fine).
