A REGIONAL SEMINAR ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AT ENTERPRISES WAS HELD IN AKTOBE

June 4, 2019 in the conference hall of LLP «Dastan Hotel Aktobe» was held a seminar on the implementation of management systems in enterprises

About 100 people took part in the training. The seminar was held for managers and specialists of enterprises and organizations of Aktobe region, including representatives of industrial enterprises, conformity assessment bodies, testing and calibration laboratories, higher educational institutions. Employees of the following enterprises were present: JSC «Aktobe plant of chrome compounds», JSC «Akbulak», LLP «Stroydetal», LLP Energosystem», LLP «Aktobe rail-rolling plant», LLP «Yuzhpromsnab», JSC «Transenergo», JSC «Koktas-Aktobe», JSC «Aktobe plant of metal structures», LLP «Ice-plus», etc.

Head of the Department for Training, Certification and Scientific Work (TCSW) of the RSE «Kazinst» Gulmaida Karimova spoke as the lecturer. She introduced the learners with new versions of international standards in the field of management systems:

- ISO 9004 «Quality management — Quality of an organization — Guidance to achieve sustained success»;

- ISO 50001 «Energy management systems - Requirements with guidance for use».

In the morning, the lecturer gave detailed information about the main provisions of ISO 9004 «Quality management — Quality of an organization — Guidance to achieve sustained success»; the learners got to know about the responsibility and authority of employees for management processes, resource management and employee engagement, the analysis and algorithm for evaluating the performance of the organization.

In the second half of the day features a new version of the standard ISO 50001 «Energy management systems - Requirements with guidance for use». The seminar provided detailed answers to questions concerning the requirements for the types of consumers, energy consumption, measurements, documentation and reporting, design and practice of procurement of equipment, systems, processes and personnel associated with energy efficiency in the workplace.

As a result, the participants of the seminar improved their professional level, gained practical knowledge to achieve their goals in terms of reducing energy costs while ensuring the necessary and sufficient quantity and quality for the work of the enterprise. And also they got management skills of energy costs, which will provide a detailed picture of energy consumption, observe it in the dynamics and plan to reduce costs.
