WORKING MEETING IN AF LLP "HELIOS"

May 10 this year. Specialists of the Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Almaty region held a working meeting with managers of the AFS LLP LLP "Helios" to clarify the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On ensuring the uniformity of measurements".

At this meeting, the legal, economic and organizational bases for ensuring the uniformity of measurements in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the regulation of relations between state authorities, individuals and legal entities in the sphere of metrological activity, the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the consequences of unreliable results Measurements.

In addition, during the state control measures, the meeting participants explained the legal basis of the state system of technical regulation aimed at ensuring the safety of products, services, processes in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Particular attention was paid to the conditions of circulation on the market of products subject to mandatory confirmation of compliance, and measures applied for violations of the current legislation in the field of metrology and technical regulation.
