A working meeting was held in the automobile center of Ilbers LLP

Specialists of the Department of the Committee of Technical Regulation and Metrology for the East Kazakhstan region visited the motor transport center of Ilbers LLP in order to clarify the requirements of the legislation in the field of technical regulation and metrology.
Ilbers LLP is the official dealer of the Chevrolet brand in Ust-Kamenogorsk. The company is engaged in the sale of Chevrolet cars, as well as the sale of spare parts.
During the meeting, detailed explanations were given of the changes made to the new version of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Technical Regulation" and the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union "On the Safety of Wheeled Vehicles" (TR EEU 018/2011).
This technical regulation, in order to protect human life and health, property, environmental protection and prevent actions that mislead consumers, establishes requirements for wheeled vehicles, regardless of their place of manufacture, when they are put into circulation and are in operation in the single customs territory of the Customs Union.
Vehicles and their components are allowed for circulation on the market if they comply with this technical regulation, which is confirmed by their marking with a single mark of product circulation on the market.
All the questions that arose during the meeting were fully answered by the department staff.
