Round table in the framework of explanations of the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On technical regulation»

On May 24, 2021, a round table with the heads of the plant's departments on the topic "The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" On Technical Regulation "in the new edition "was held in the building of the SemAZ LLP automobile assembly plant. The organizer of the meeting, the head of the Semey division of the DKTRM for East Kazakhstan Region, Shumaev Raksh, familiarized the participants with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Technical Regulation" in the new version, which comes into force on July 1, 2021.
Thus, in accordance with the Law, the responsibility of product manufacturers is strengthened, which are obliged to ensure that products meet the requirements established by technical regulations, but also to suspend the production and (or) release into circulation of products that do not meet the requirements established by technical regulations, based on the results of conformity assessment, as well as to ensure the recall of products that do not meet the requirements established by technical regulations.
Technical Director Ilyasov Zh. he said that the plant is a manufacturer of agricultural and truck equipment in Kazakhstan. Partners of the plant are the leading concerns: "Minsk Tractor Plant", "UralAZ", "GAZ", "Shaanxi", and "FOTON". Quality control is carried out by our divisions at all stages of production of the Belarus brand tractor (nine modifications), Shacman trucks (dump trucks with a lifting capacity of 25 tons, mixer), Ural and FOTON cross-country trucks. In this regard, the management constantly pays to professional development of the employees.
One of the questions asked by the representative of the Service for Standardization and certification Chibisova N. O. concerned the application of the standards of the Russian Federation in the light of the new legislation. R. Shumaev explained that in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Standardization", the types of standardization documents include standards of foreign countries.
According to the results of the round table, competent and comprehensive answers were given to all the questions.
