Online training for professional development

Specialists of the Department of the Committee of Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Kyzylorda region took part in online training to improve the skills of civil servants. The online seminar was held by lecturers of the Kyzylorda branch of the RSE "Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on the topic: "Training program for civil servants within the framework of the Administrative Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

The purpose of the event: the development of professional competencies of civil servants on the practical application of the Code.

On July 1, 2021, the Administrative and Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan will enter into force, aimed at regulating public - legal relations arising between a state body and a person performing the functions of this body stipulated by law.

The Code establishes mechanisms for protecting the rights of citizens when considering disputes with state bodies in a higher body or court, as well as penalties against civil servants who did not give high-quality responses to appeals from individuals and legal entities.

As a result of the seminar, the participants were issued the appropriate certificates.
