A meeting was held to clarify the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements

State Inspector of the Akmola region for State Control of the Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Akmola region Ulugbek Mirkhakimov conducted explanatory work in the State Municipal Enterprise on the right of economic management "Shortandinsky District Hospital" under the Health Department of the Akmola region to explain the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Ensuring the Uniformity of measurements" in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements, compliance with metrological rules and verification of measuring instruments.

During the meeting, it was explained that the measuring instruments used in medicine are technical means intended for measurements carried out for medicinal purposes.

Measuring instruments that are objects of the state metrological control are subject to type approval before being put into circulation.

For measuring instruments issued into circulation in single copies, which are objects of state metrological control, it is allowed to conduct metrological certification.

The approved type of measuring instruments and measuring instruments that have passed metrological certification are entered in the register of the state system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements.

Measuring instruments that are objects of state metrological control, after approval of their type or metrological certification and registration in the register of the state system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements, are subject to verification before being put into circulation, after repair, during operation.

For the objects of state metrological control, state control is carried out to determine the actual implementation of the metrological requirements established in the lists of measurements related to state regulation and regulatory legal acts.

The list of measures related to state regulation is approved by the joint orders of the Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the branches of activity.

The measurement lists define the areas of activity, the name of the measurement with an indication of the object and the scope of application, metrological requirements (measurement range, error or accuracy class).

The employees of the medical institution were informed about the goals of ensuring the uniformity of measurements, which are aimed at protecting the interests of individuals and legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan from unreliable measurement results.

Compliance with the requirements of this Law ensures the correct use of measuring instruments.

Also, the staff of the medical institution is informed about the procedure for organizing and conducting preventive control with a visit to the subject and the measures applied to the facts of detected violations.

As a result of the meeting, a productive dialogue took place, and the Department's specialist gave comprehensive answers to questions related to the use of measuring instruments.
