CLARIFICATION OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE NEW NATIONAL STANDARD «THE STATE EMBLEM OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN»

The head physician and the administration of the PCU at the Zhambyl Regional Dental Polyclinic of the Health Department of the Akimat of Zhambyl Oblast, as well as the main specialist of the World Kazakhstan's DKRM WORLD RAC for the Zhambyl region took part in the round table.

The DVTRM specialist of the RK world in Zhambyl oblast detailed the participants of the roundtable on the mandatory and correct placement of state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their images (on buildings, premises, offices, offices), on the rules for replacing and destroying the State Flag, the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which Comply with national standards.

In addition, about the main changes in the requirements to the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, introduced in ST RK 989-2014, including about (about):

- reproduction of the Emblem and its elements in the 3-D model format; - the obligation to comply with the requirements of the standard; - the introduction of missing and refinement of the actual dimensions and deviations from them according to certain elements of the State Emblem; - introduction of deviations from the gold and blue colors of the Coat of Arms according to the coordinates of the color model of Lab, compatible with color detection devices (spectrophotometers);

-Introduction of the warranty period of exploitation of the Emblem (not less than 3 years), which will oblige producers to produce high-quality products;

- Establishment of a transitional period to replace all of the Republic's arms with new ones, which will allow manufacturers to produce Emblems according to ST RK 989-2008 until July 1, 2017 and the date of introduction of the national standard.
