Hardware training was conducted according to the work plan for 2021

Employees of the RSU "Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the North Kazakhstan region" conducted a hardware training on the study of regulatory legal acts, amendments to laws and priority areas of the Department's activities.

V. A. Marshakov, Head of the Department of KTRM of the MTI RK for North Kazakhstan Region, familiarized the employees with the new version of the Law "On Technical Regulation". The head of the department drew attention to the new approach in conducting state control and supervision in the field of technical regulation, the introduction of a system of forced recall and withdrawal of products, and also focused on the return to the program "Purchase and testing of samples of goods", which will enter into force
from 01.07.2021.

Chief Specialist Karimov A. Zh. brought to the attention of the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments and additions to certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on technical regulation, entrepreneurship, improvement of the system of public administration and payments". Karimov A. J. said that the law was amended in 7 code of Kazakhstan and 26 of the law by stopping the attention on the changes in the law "On ensuring the unity of measurements", "On accreditation in the field of conformity assessment", "On precious metals and precious stones".

Following the meeting, an exchange of views took place, and the above-mentioned events were discussed.
