On the explanation of the TR CU " On the safety of low-voltage equipment»

The Department of the Committee of technical regulation and Metrology MIT RK in Almaty was held a working meeting with the representative of LLP "Interkommerts-Kazakhstan" on explanation of the Technical regulations of the Customs Union "On safety of low voltage equipment" (TR CU 004/2011), in the treatment of the Association of "good position", on delivery on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of cable and wire products, which is the manufacturer OOO "Promstroykabel'", was produced in violation of the requirements of Technical regulations.

Deputy head of the Department explained the Law "On technical regulation", which States that a necessary condition for the market of products subject to mandatory conformity assessment (certification or Declaration) is its compliance with the requirements established by technical regulations, confirmed in the prescribed manner.

And also, brought to the attention of the responsibility for non-compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the field of technical regulation.

As a result of the round table, an open dialogue, a constructive exchange of views and an interesting and useful discussion took place for the benefit of the development of the technical regulation system.
