On October 06, 2020, head Of the Department of the Committee for technical regulation and Metrology of the Almaty region Bakhitzhan Mukhtarov took part in an online video conference on "the Hearing state" held by the Department of the Agency for civil service Affairs of the Almaty region and the regional branch Of the Academy of public administration under the President of the state.

In order to implement the presidential concept of "listening state", it was discussed that the government should listen to the voice of The people, solve local problems and regularly report to citizens.
