The Minister visited the «AZALA Textile» mill

LLP «AZALA Textile», located in the «Ontүstіk» industrial zone, serves as a shining example of the successful development of the textile industry in our country, implementing a full-cycle production project from raw material processing to the release of finished products. The project's cost amounted to 4.992 billion tenge, which allowed for the creation of 494 jobs at the enterprise.

During the visit, the Minister inspected the production lines, familiarized himself with the technological process, and engaged with the enterprise's management and workers. Special attention was given to the factory's production capacities, enabling the production of 2.8 thousand tonnes of yarn and 14 million linear meters of fabric per year, thereby ensuring the high quality and competitiveness of the products on both domestic and international markets.

Following the visit, the Minister instructed the Committee on Industry to examine the issue of entering into long-term offtake contracts with the enterprise for supplying fabrics to meet the needs of large industrial enterprises.
