The Ministry of Industry and Construction has implemented the electronic submission of reports by subsoil users according to license and contract conditions

On March 5th of this year, the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan launched a pilot project for subsoil users to submit reports through the unified subsoil user platform Minerals.gov.kz. When submitting reports on exploration and extraction operations, a subsoil user follows the Rules for subsoil users to provide reports on exploration and extraction activities, approved by the order of the Minister of Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 24, 2018, No. 374.

According to the pilot project, when conducting exploration and extraction operations, a subsoil user can now submit the following types of reports in electronic form:

1) a report on the fulfillment of license obligations for the exploration of solid minerals as per the form provided in Appendix 1 to the Rules;

2) a report on the fulfillment of license obligations for the extraction of solid minerals as per the form provided in Appendix 2 to the Rules.

Reports are submitted by subsoil users through an electronic form on the EPN Minerals.gov.kz and are signed with the digital signature of the subsoil user's official authorized to provide information.
