THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN PARTICIPATED IN THE NINTH INTERNATIONAL SUMMIT OF MINING INDUSTRY MINISTERS

As part of the PDAC-2024 conference held in Toronto, Canada, the ninth annual International Mining Ministers Summit (IMMS) took place, gathering leading ministers responsible for the mining sector and distinguished industry representatives from around the world. The Republic of Kazakhstan was represented at the event by Kanat Sharlapaev, Minister of Industry and Construction.

The summit aimed to provide a platform for comprehensive discussions of pressing issues and prospects related to the exploration and development of minerals on an international level. Participants exchanged views on the latest achievements in the mining industry, discussed challenges, and opportunities for sustainable development of the sector in various regions of the world.
