In 2019, over 900 government services were provided in the road industry

Representatives of the Committee for Roads, the Department of Digital Transformation of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as JSC "NC" KazAvtoZhol" took part in the meeting, which addressed issues of providing public services in the road industry.

So, in 2019 in the field of automobile roads, JSC “NC“ Kazavtozhol ”, endowed with the authority to provide public services, provided 906 services. For example, under the item “Issuance of a document for the placement of outdoor (visual) advertising objects in the right of way of public roads of international, republican, regional and district significance” 99 services were provided. Also, services were issued 568 times for issuing permits to cross roads of international and national importance by canals, communication and power lines, oil pipelines, gas pipelines, water pipelines and railways, other engineering networks and communications. In addition, 218 services were provided under the item “Coordination of construction of access roads and junctions to public roads”.

During the meeting, representatives of the Ministry and the National Road Management Operator discussed the quality of public services and outlined the prospects for improving this area of activity.

Let us remind that in connection with the change in standards and regulations, since August 20, 2019, public services have been provided through the E-Government Web Portal.
