Regarding the code and refund of tickets for flights of the airline «Bek air»

According information of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), the individual identifier (code) Z9 of Bek air currently belongs to Bek air and has not been revoked. 
The Blocking of Designator code Z9 code will not affect on the work in returning of purchased tickets or canceling flights "Bek air".

The IATA airline code is a 2-or 3-character individual identifier assigned to the IATA airline. This code is allocated in accordance with IATA resolution 762. Airline codes are used by airlines, ticket agencies, ticket booking systems and other businesses to transmit information related to commercial activities in the field of passenger air transport. 
Passengers of canceled flights of Bek air can make a full refund of the cost of air tickets at the place of purchase. 
In accordance with the Rules of carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo by air transport, approved by order of the Minister for Investment and Development of Kazakhstan from 30.04.2015, No. 540, the passenger ticket is a document on the carriage of passengers issued by the airline or its authorized agents, certifying conditions of the passenger with the terms of the contract of carriage and the conclusion between the passenger and the airline's contract of carriage. 
If one of the parties does not comply with the terms of the air transport contract, then in accordance with article 9 of the Civil code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 27.12.1994, No. 268-XIII, the other party has the right to recover material and moral damage through the judicial authorities in accordance with a civil dispute.
