In accordance with paragraph 2 of article 83 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 29, 2015, I ORDER:
Approve the attached Plan for reviewing the current regulatory instruments of the Ministry of investment and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of state bodies for 2019 (hereinafter-the Plan).
Control over the implementation of the Plan should be entrusted to the supervising Vice-Minister for investment and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Coordination of the execution of this order shall be entrusted to the Executive Secretary of the Ministry of investment and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This order comes into force from the date of signing and is subject to mailing.
