Forge of officers marked 50 years

The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Lieutenant General Nurlan Yermekbayev, congratulated the leadership and personnel of the Military Institute of the Ground Forces on the 50th anniversary.

I congratulate you and the teaching staff, officers, cadets and veterans of the university with the 50th anniversary.

The military institute is a forge of officer cadres, which has brought up thousands of faithful sons of the Fatherland over the years of its existence, who distinguished themselves with courage and heroism in fulfilling their international duty, in local wars and armed conflicts, peacekeeping missions of the last decades, who were directly involved in the formation and formation of the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan.

Graduates of the institute serve not only in the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations of our country, but also in the CIS countries, continuing the glorious traditions of warriors of the older generations, strengthening and improving international military cooperation between countries.

I am convinced that you will continue to remain faithful to the traditions of the Armed Forces and make a significant contribution to the development of the country's defense power.
